Feedback on the Lenovo ThinkPad T470s - Thorpe2

Hi,
I have already bought a Lenovo Thinkpad T470s i7 8 512 nvme, and that is not pre installed ubuntu.
My question is . Is there any way to download and install special ubuntu image for my lap top?
