Feedback on the Lenovo ThinkPad E570 - SkywalkerIntel

at certification page for ThinkPad E570 ( https://certification.ubuntu.com/hardware/201611-25233/ ) it said:
"The system is available in some regions with a special image of Ubuntu pre-installed by the manufacturer."
But in contact with Lenovo support, they tell me there is not any 'special image' for this machine at any place.
Please could you provide to me this especial image to my machine?

Hello,
this might because of that this system was not shipped with pre-installed Ubuntu in you region.
However, you can still give the latest Ubuntu 18.04 a try. And report any bug that you have encountered.

Previously to open this question I asked to local vendor and after that to Lenovo (manufacturer) support directly, both answer to me: No preinstalled Ubuntu version is available for E570 Lenovo AT ANY REGION .

So I ask to you. If this version isn't available at any place, please could you correct the web page info ( https://certification.ubuntu.com/hardware/201611-25233/ ) ?

Hello,

We certify a system base on the contract with Lenovo, sometimes the contract might be a tender case and not intended for sale to the public. And Canonical does not have any control over this marketing and decision making.

This might be able to explain why they don't have a pre-installed system for sale anywhere in the world.
But still, please feel free to give 18.04 a try, and report back any issue that you found on this system, our ultimate goal is to make the system work with the standard image.
