CHAPTER 1. What is wrong in the Ubuntu 12.04 LTS pre-installed on Dell notebook (model Inspiron 3521)?

There has been gotten a collection of the findings followed
below on the platform Dell Inc. Inspiron 3521-8249 with the
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS pre-installed by the manufacturer:

23:56:01 kernel: [ 0.037070] x2apic not enabled, IRQ remapping init failed

02:19:15 kernel: [ 8605.925332] usb 3-4: reset high-speed USB device number 8 using xhci_hcd
(multiple attempts).

For the end of the session, clicking on the Ubuntu 12.04 LTS's
'Shutdown' option has had no complete effect. The system has
started the shutdown process but has not managed to complete
one. Therefore the hanged Inspiron has been switched off
manually via the power button.

At both the next time and the present, the right booting is
appeared to be forbidden. It looks like the external
intervention effect in accordance with an additional stack.

The Inspiron's built-in both quick and advanced Diagnostics
have passed all the tests without any warnings/errors.

The network Ipv6 and Ipv4 options have migrated from
the BIOS ver. A10 Setup utility Boot submenu. The battery
reinstalling has resulted in returning these to the place.

The DVD drive has lapsed from the Setup utility's UEFI Boot
submenu, and the Inspiron can not start from CD/DVD in
the mentioned mode.

The grub's shell prompt command 'ls (hd1,msdos2)/debs/'
a) starts listing of the directory content items,
b) stops the listing on the item 'oem-wireless-ath9k-3.9-rc4-2-dkms_0.1_all.deb _',
c) does not return cursor to the 'grub>' prompt,
d) instead, forces resetting the Inspiron in a two seconds,
e) sometimes, hangs the Inspiron instead of the autorebooting.

Is it possible to fix all the listed findings as well as unlock
the booting process without restoring the pre-installed Ubuntu
12.04 LTS to the factory state? If it is, please prompt the way.
Thank you.
