Can multiple persons access the data in task coach

I would like to share the tasks in task coach with other users within a network setting, can this be done ? If yes can you please provide details.

This is not possible currently without exporting data and re-importing and other complexities. Basically, you could segregate data to different .tsk files and share them back and forth but only one person at a time can access a given .tsk file.

Version 1.4 will include the ability for multiple users to access the same .tsk file at the same time. We're working on it as it is the most requested feature at UserVoice: https://taskcoach.uservoice.com/

Is it possible to install task coach on a network and allow several persons to access the application simultaneously but not the same task. If yes can reminders be send to more than one person for a single task.

You can have .tsk files accessible over a network (but only one person opens a .tsk file at one time). You can also have Task Coach run on a network machine, but I don't know why you would do that vs just installing it on each client machine.

No, it is not possible to send reminders to multiple users for the same task. The only way for it to be "the same" task is if it is in the same .tsk file, and right now multiple users cannot open the same .tsk file at the same time.

It isn't likely to be implemented soon though. The ability for multiple clients to open the same .tsk file at once is the priority, and there's lots more to work on, and we're just a small team working on this in spare time and making it available freely. We'd be happy to work with anyone who wants to step up and help implement these things…
