iPhone 4 + OSX syncing

Asked by Peter Landis

I have recently purchased the latest iPhone taskcoach. I am running Snow Leopard OSX and have installed TaskCoach. When I click on the sync on the iPhone TaskCoach, it just sits at "Looking for Task Coach". Under domains I see Bonjour and local. It never syncs. What should I be setting the Domain to in order to sync my iPhone and OSX taskcoach items?

The local domain should work out of the box. Have you followed the basic troubleshooting from the help (check that the iPhone feature is enabled, firewall, etc) ?

Cheers

I turend off the OSX Firewall, fired up TaskCoach on my desktop and tried to resync with the iPhone. It keeps on trying to find Task Coach "Looking for Task Coach". All my other iPhone apps sync just fine. When going to the TaskCoach, the only options are "Show completed, Show inactive, icon position, compact tasks, confirmed complete, due soon # of days.

This must be a bug with the iPhone or desktop TaskCoach.

I was speaking of the "Enable iPhone synchronization" option on the desktop side. Please check it.
