SAIO is sufficient for active development?

Asked by vasanthakumar pandurangan

Hi,

I wish to contribute for Swift project as an individual contributor. I have setup Swift All in One configuration (SAIO) in my laptop and everything is working fine. Also I cannot go for multiple server configuration even in future. My question is whether Swift in single server is sufficient for active development and bug fixing or SAIO is just to learn about swift?

Thanks in Advance.

The SAIO environment is what all of us use to do dev work on swift. By not having a multi-server test environment, you will not be able to test at larger scale, but the SAIO is just fine for doing dev work.
