You can try to disable the use of OpenGL shaders. This is a new feature in 0.10.3 and it seems that it causes problems on many systems.

To disable shaders, open Stellarium's configuration file (config.ini). On Windows system, it's accessible through a short-cut in Stellarium's Start Menu folder.

In the file, find "use_glshaders" under "[main]" and change the value to "false" (without the quotation marks). Then save the files and start Stellarium.

Thank you,you've been very kind,but I still have a problem because I can't
find the voice "use_glshaders" in the file config.ini...

I guess the reason is that the configuration file has been left over from an older version of Stellarium.

You can either delete it (it will be automatically replaced with 0.10.3's default configuration file), or add "use_glshaders = false" under "[main]" manually.

Ok.I found the file and I did as you told me..but this didn't resolved my
problem..I still see the sky completely white..I don't understand,the
version 9.1 worked perfectly, and now that I've installed the newest anything
works...
