Stellarium catalogues folder is fix

Can you think about a configuration where I can specify the folder for the star catalogues?
I'm trying to keep the system disk small and free of application data.

Just found out that there are versioned catalogues in the folder since I updated Stellarium. Can I fix this by deleting one of the versions?

Are you tried using command line options already?

You can use --user-dir to specify the user data directory (star catalogs is inside user data directory).

Yes, you can delete files of previous version (check JSON file for looking current version of files).

Thank you, everything is working now as I'd like it.
Maybe it's worth thinking about saving a configuration so you need not
think about having the right command line always.
