I have Windows XP on HP laptop. How do I get Angle of MESA installed? The 13 version is giving error msg. and the pack is not getting downloaded.

I am unable to use Stellarium 13 on my Windows XP with HP laptop. The pack did not get downloaded to make this compatible. Can you tell me how do I get the MESA or ANGLE version.

After downloading 6.4MB out of 141MB it stops downlaoding. Happened thrice.

The downloading stops at exactly the same point. Do I need to uninstall
the higher version which I have installed before downlaoding this file?
