16kHz and 32kHz sample rates missing
16kHz and 32kHz sample rates are missing from the Resample drop-down list. How can I resample at 16kHz and 32kHz as required for optimized speech and music encoding?

I do also miss the sample rate of 32 kHz, because it enables the playback of up-to the audio frequency of 14.1 kHz, instead of only 10 kHz. For grown-up human ears the highest audible frequency is about 15 kHz.

The value is used as it.
