How do I improve text recognition in sikuli IDE

Asked by Emmanuel Mbambo

Hi,

I'm using sikuli version 2.0.5 and when I try to read a this text "FLY NIGHT!"on an image, the result returned is a single character "i". When I read a numbers like "1.25" the results is "ayp".

Now my question is in the sikuli IDE version 2.0.5 that I'm using, is there a way to improve the results like writing a simple code to tell sikuli that the characters are numbers, the font, the color and so on...?

Hi RainMan,

I attached the images.

The text "flew away" is not found, the red text with numbers return
inconsistent results but red text with numbers over 9 does give proper
results. White text with numbers return consistent results.

The mail does not have attachments.

Send directly to the mentioned mail address (not via launchpad!)
