Random positions of links on each export

As you can see positions of links are different. Is it by design?

Hi Vadim,

See position of, i.e., "Delete page". It has different position on both pictures.

Oh I see.

It might be that imgur returned them in different order and that's how
Shutter showed them, but I don't really know. I doubt Shutter is changing
the locations by design.
