pipelight/silverlight not working for netflix on firefox/ubuntu 14.04 lts

used terminal to install pipelight and silverlight. bubblemark ok. silverlight shows up in firefox. ran system-check, libraries failed, but the important ones listed on help page all there. can open netflix account but not download. tried disabling all add-ons, same result. thanks

Hi,

could you explain a bit more what fails? Do you get an error code when opening Netflix?

you most probably did not install an user agent switcher. Please follow the instructions at http://pipelight.net/cms/installation-user-agent.html
