Not able to hit the openstack repo to download

Trying to install Havana h1 on a lab setup

I am unable to hit the repository

http://openstack-repo.cisco.com/openstack/cisco

I am getting this error .

[Kanar] The socket connection to openstack-repo.cisco.com failed.
ErrorCode: 10060.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 128.107.233.11:80

This is due to a power outage in SJ it will become available as soon as power is restored to the host server.
