We have a Fade Out and Fade In property on a clip, which can be used to
cross fade between clips. Are there other sound transitions you are
referring to? Thanks!

Fade Out and Fade In, are for sound and video. But I want to manage sound and video separately.

On the clip properties screen, Sound has it's own fade in / out, and Video
has it's own fade in / out. That sounds like it should do what you are
asking, correct? Thanks.
