How to save custom Profile?

How can users create/save a custom Profile for exporting a video? It's kind of a pain to always make the selections under Advanced when the Simple profiles don't contain the desired export settings. How can users create and save their own custom profile to appear in the Simple list?

HI,
Until now (with the 1.4.3) you can't. Its will be different with the 2.0 Qt
version. We have completely re-designed the export video. Obviously,
presets will be still present but you could create your own too.
