Is there a development forum? I want to implement a new feature

HI,
No. When people who are not in the core dev team would like to implement a
new feature, they open a new bug and thus send their work under the form of
patch. Which one is tested by us and include in the next version. But be
careful, with our 2.0.0 version, the project has been re-built at 90/95%
(my estimation) so you should perhaps wait before to implement a new
feature. However, we are open at all suggestions and obviously we can speak
about those.
