Desire to flip a video - as if looking into a rearview mirror

I am using 2 cameras mounted back to back on my car while driving. Obviously the one looking forward where I am driving is fine, but the one pointed backwards is NOT what I see in my rearview mirror. I am trying to simulate with that 2nd video as if the viewer was looking into the rear view mirror. Is this possible? Thank you

Try the Mirror or flippo effects.
