is there anyway to find some 'HowTo start' and what to expect?

But I come across this,because I wanted to help in translating some
document that I could not find.

I am not sure to understand well your questions.
For how to start with Openshot, you should look the manual which exist in two versions, one installed in the same time that Openshot and whcih is available clicking on the menu Help or by F1. The second is (the same) a HTML version available here :http://www.openshotusers.com/help/en_GB/. If English is not your language, you could see the other here : http://openshotusers.com/
