How do I keep informed of OSN's progress and discuss ideas?

OSN is a rapidly moving project and welcomes input and opinions from all potential users and developers.
The best ways to stay in-touch with things is to sign-up to the mailing list/s and to hang-out at #opensatnav (on Freenode).

Most discussion happens on the dev list, but the user list is slowly getting more traffic.
Your browser may say that the mailman site is not trusted; this is because it costs lots of money to get a certificate. It is of course your decision whether you decide to visit the site.
