OpenERP server asks for password in shell

hello,
i am using openerp 5.0.15 on ubuntu 9.10 64 with postgres 8.4.
i have a little problem with the server.every time i want to restore a database from openerp -client-gtk ,back in server shell it asks for database pasword eventhough i have typed my admin password in client.this is anoying because i cannot restore the database from standalone client and i have to access the server to type in password in shell.

does any one have a solution?i would appreciate ur help.
