I assume you're asking why the e-mail said, "You are still having a problem." That's because you replied to the e-mail and didn't mark the question as solved. If you visit the question on the web site, you should see a button that says something like "comment and close" or "solved". Press that, and the question will be done.

I think there are some special commands that you can put at the beginning of an e-mail message to close the question, but I don't remember what they are. If you look at the Launchpad documentation instead of the OpenERP documentation, you should be able to find details on the work flow for bugs and questions.
