Hi,
Installing Nova on Multiple Servers on Ubuntu 10.10.

Followed the below link for installation http://wiki.openstack.org/NovaInstall/MultipleServer
Everything went fine.

Downloaded image from wget http://c2477062.cdn.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com/images.tgz
Bundle the image and registered the image. When I Launce the instance come to running mode but I cannot access or ssh the instance

Are you sure it's ready to accept your connections? What do you see in euca-get-console-output?

Flat manager doesn't have a dhcp server, and ami-tiny doesn't support interface injection. An ubuntu image should get an ip correctly with FlatManager
