MadGraph5_aMC@NLO

CT18NNLO with MadGraph5

Dear MadGraph Experts,

I would like to know if it is possible to use CT18NNLO with Madgraph5. v2.9.15. I downloaded CT18NNLO pdf, placed the file in the Madgraph 5 directory and changed the configuration.txt file. However, it is not working.

What modification must be made into Madgraph5 to use this PDF?

Hi,

you have to set within the run_card
1) pdlabel to "lhapdf"
2) lhaid to the id number of your pdf set.

Of course this assume that you have lhapdf-config either in your $PATH or that the path to that file is within your mg5_configuration.txt
