Yes, my numpy version is 1.21.5

Is it installed for the version of python that you use with madgraph?
Because for that version of numpy that file should be present.
(Maybe you can check that the file numpy/core/fromnumeric.py)

Thank you for your advise. I think I solved the problem on numpy.

However, when I execute command 'install maddm', another error information displayed:

Command "install maddm" interrupted with error:
Exception : Plugin maddm fail to be loaded. Please contact the author of the PLUGIN
  Error No module named PLUGIN.maddm
