I do not know, this depend of the model and what is possible to do within your model.

maybe this syntax can work (depending of the model and of the spectrum)
generate g g > H , H > h h , h > a a

But if any of those are loop-induced decay then you would have issue. (and need a model that support loop computation --or that contracted the loop assuming some limit--)

If you have a
ggH interaction within that model (at tree level)
and that model include also "haa" (a is photon) as a tree level interaction, then it should work.

If your model only has haa but is able to compute loop you can do

generate g g > h [QCD]
output
launch
madspin=none
decay H > h h , h > a a
