problem with output MadGraph5

An easy workaround is clearly to do first
rm -rf pp_zh_mumu_bbbar
and then retry.

Now I do not reproduce that issue.
and the script has the correct permission in the code:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 omattelaer staff 2842 May 25 08:50 clean_template

Maybe this is related to your filesystem that does not preserve some attribute when copying file?
