I have a probleme with LHAPDF set ,the message on the my screen are below.

just re-install lhapdf (install lhapdf) and it should fix that issue.

Hello,
No,I have ubuntu 18.04,the probleme is that Madgraph Work at NLO but at LO it dosen't work , I think that wget exist .

Oh I see that you are using the beta version 3.0.3.
It might be a problem only of the beta version (2.7.x) might be better.
Not sure which version of lhapdf is installed with that beta version, if this is is still lhapdf6.1.6 this might explained the issue.
In any case you should have a log file in HEPTOOLS/
which might contains the reason why that download of that pdf set failed.
An easy work around is to manually install that pdf set.

I have both version 3.03 beta and 2.7.3,the both with the same probleme ,
Madgraph download LHAPDFset 'NNPDF23_

So you have the pdf set installed in
HEPTools/
In that case it might be an issue related to some environment variable?
what is the output of
printenv | grep lhapdf -i
Another question :is this probleme can affect implicitly the NLO ?,becouse i want to work at NLO ,and the last is run without probleme .
That PDF should not be used @NLO.
So if the problem is related to that specific pdf set, then you should not have any issue.
However, you might have issue with other PDF set as well which can then affect NLO+PS computation (fNLO should be ok)
