MSSM decay

I have an error involving the decay of stau to gravitino and tau using the MSSM_SLHA2 model file. It has been giving me the error

NoDiagramException : No amplitudes generated from process Process: tal- > go ta- @1. Please enter a valid process.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like that such decay is not include in that model. You need to use another one
