Keyerror 1 while importing a new model in MG5

Dear Experts,

I am importing a new model in madgraph and getting this error like
INFO: Trying process: D0 > h h @1
Command "generate D0 > all all" interrupted with error:
KeyError : '1'
Please report this bug on https://bugs.launchpad.net/madgraph5
More information is found in 'MG5_debug'.
Please attach this file to your report.

I have tried to follow few questions related to the same problem, but could not get much of idea.
Can you please give me a hint or I can send you the .fr file for your reference.

Kindly help me out with this issue.
