This is a generic error,
You should have more information in
> /home/xianhui/hep-softs/MG5_aMC_v2_6_0/PROC_QED_UFO_8/run_01_tag_1_debug.log

Without that and (probably) your model, nothing that we can do for it.

If you provide me such information, I can take a look tomorrow.

In order for the run to go trough, you have to modify the run_card
and change the following lines
   = pdgs_for_merging_cut ! PDGs for two cuts above
to
 21 = pdgs_for_merging_cut ! PDGs for two cuts above

I am doing multi_run by the following command:
./bin/generate_events multi_run 10

but it gives me error : (Too many argument for survey command).
here is what it tells:

Do you want to edit a card (press enter to bypass editing)?

     The set option works only for param_card and run_card.
     Type 'help set' for more information on this command.
   - call an external program (ASperGE/MadWidth/...).

 [0, done, 1, param, 2, run, 3, pythia, 4, enter path, ... ]
