Installation of ninja interrupted with error

Hi,

ninja is actually optional,
you can actually bypass the installation of ninja since this is problematic for you.
The code should ask you which loop program you want to install, the only two mandatory are Cuttools and IREGI. All the other one can be bypass.
At that question, you can set all the other codes to “will not be installed"
