run mg5_aMC in LSF cluster

Asked by Marco

Hello,

I recently installed mg5 in my lxplus space and I was able to successfully generate some processes.
I wanted to submit the same jobs in batch mode using the lsf cluster. I went across al lot of posts similar to what I needed, but any of them was useful to my case.
I was wandering if someone could please tell me the correct and complete procedure to run mg5_aMC in the lsf cluster from lxplus.

Thank you all in advance,

Marco

we do not have access to those machine. So I do not know which queue you need to setup.
In principle using the following command

Set cluster_type lsf
Set cluster_queue Xxxxx

Where Xxxxx is the appropriate value for your cluster should be enough.

Cheers,

Olivier
