.html info without html

Asked by Tania Robens

Hi

very briefly: without an html/ web browser access, where can I find the info re contribution of different graphs (ordered !!) for a specific cross section ?? I e I want the info that is contained in ../HTML/run_xx/results.html, but in the ordered format that appears when using the web interface (or should I write a readin/ ordering code myself for the different graphs...)

Thanks !!!

Best Tania

Hi Tania,

The information is ordered via a javascript code run by the web browser. (you can actually change the ordering by clicking on the column by which you want to order).
We do not keep that information in any other format after the creation of that html page.
So yes the only way is to parse the web page (or modify the code creating this web page).

Cheers,

Olivier

Hi Tania,

Please do remember that this is NOT the contribution of one diagram.
In order to have an idea of the formula used to have those number,
you can look at this presentation:
https://cp3.irmp.ucl.ac.be/projects/madgraph/attachment/wiki/Shanghai2015/MG5_Shangai.pdf (page 79)

More details on this subject can be found here:

Cheers,

Olivier
