Hi,

I known that it automatically plot many figures ,like transverse momentum, invariant mass distribution and so on, i wonder how it plots. Is there all the data points in a file? And how can i get the data points?

You have all the data point in a directory:

HTML/run_01/plots_parton

look at the file of the type
ma_plot004
