Fatal Python error: Couldn't create autoTLSkey mapping

Asked by James

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to use MadSpin to decay, however I get the same error every time I compile:

...
INFO: Using built-in libraries for PDFs
INFO: Compiling source...
INFO: ...done, continuing with P* directories
INFO: Compiling directories...
Fatal Python error: Couldn't create autoTLSkey mapping

I've tried everythin I can to fix this, but it always seems to get the same error at the same place, no matter the process I use. And only when using MadSpin. So I was wondering, is this a common error that you've seen before?

Thanks,
James

Hi,

Never seen it before.
looks like a python error:
http://bugs.python.org/issue13156

Do you python 2.7.2?
if yes this might be a python bug.
Try to install another version of python and it should work.

Cheers,

Olivier
