Without more information, it will be difficult to help you.

My advice is to check the log of each channel which returns a zero cross-section. If all of them are complete, then this should not be a problem.
If you observe one of those which is cut in the middle, then you should discard your run.

Cheers,

Olivier

Dear Olivier

i am to produce a lhe file for Zp with mass 1000 with spectrum produced by SPheno, the model naming is
Kept definitions of multiparticles l- / j / vl / l+ / p unchanged
Removed obsolete multiparticles all / vl~
Defined multiparticle all = g a nu1 nu2 nu3 d1 d2 d3 u1 u2 u3 d1bar d2bar d3bar u1bar u2bar u3bar h1 h2 z zp wmc wm e1 e2 e3 nu4 nu5 nu6 e1bar e2bar e3bar

define l = l+ l-
define w = wm wmc
define nuh = nu4 nu5 nu6

i am trying to generate the process of
generate p p > zp > nuh nuh, (nuh > l+ wm, wm > j j), (nuh > l+ wm, wm > l- vl)

Note: The following floating-point exceptions are signalling: IEEE_INVALID_FLAG

please advice me

i face this problem more than one time with making launch

Hi,

Which version of MadGraph did you use?
Can you try with 2.3_beta?
I have found some pointless error of that kind and carefully remove those in that version.

If you still observe this, could you send me by email
1) your model
2) the banner associate to your generation.

With that I should be able to reproduce your behaviour (even if it can be compiler dependent).

Cheers,

Olivier
