Fail to import model LQ_LFV_UFO to mg5

Hello, I am just trying to study some leptoquark process using the model as mentioned. But an error comes out saying:

Error detected in "import model LQ_LFV_UFO"
write debug file MG5_debug
If you need help with this issue please contact us on https://answers.launchpad.net/madgraph5
InvalidModel : name MS1 define multiple time. Please correct the UFO model!

How could I solve this problem? I am quite new to using this tool as a first year student.

Looks like the model is wrong.

Where did you find such model? Please contact the author of this model and ask them to fix it.
