error detected in launch

I generate a new model using FeynRules+NLOCT that includes a dimension-six operator that contains no colored particle. During the
run I get the following error message:

Updating the number of unweighted events per channel
1 jobs did not terminate correctly:
P0_uux_wpwm/GF2
The results are probably not correct. Please check the relevant log files corresponding to the above jobs for more information.

can you please attach the log.txt file inside SubProcesses/P0_uux_wpwm/GF2?

Hi Oscar,
from your log i see
 Cannot do MC over hel: "HelFilter.dat" does not exist or does not have the correct format. Change NHelForMCoverHels in FKS_params.dat to explicitly summ over them instead.
Time in seconds: 1

This is an old problem that happens randomly from time to time without a clear solution.
I also notify valentin about this, so that he can comment.
Can you try to run setting /tmp/ as cluster_temp_path in your amcatnlo_configuration.txt file (inside Cards?)
