how to turn on debug printing

hi,
I see in the cuts.f that there is a "debug" option for printing important information for events. How do I turn on the debug variable?

Hi,

You change the line in cuts.f
      DATA DEBUG/.FALSE./
to
      DATA DEBUG/.TRUE./
