delphes_card_atlas/cms doesnt produce events

Hi,

The reason is that the file delphes_card_atlas or delphes_card_cms are file for Delphes2 that we have to keep for retro-compatibililty on our cluster.
By default this is Delphes3 which is installed now, and the default_card is in correspondence.

Sure you can find those Cards in the following directory:
./Delphes/examples/

The default use for Delphes is actually the file:
./Delphes/examples/delphes_card_CMS.tcl
