Column auto-resize

Is there a way to disable column auto-resize.
If you have a long filename, everything else moves far away.
FYI, Nautilus doesn't have a way to control auto-resize. Or, at least I haven't found it.

This bug shows the same problem that is shown in bug #1021038.
Maybe you should mark this as duplicated of that one.
