Limitation for (filename) column size in list view

Bug Description

When there is one long filename in a folder, the column "filename" takes all of the space in Marlin so the other columns don't fit on the screen anymore. The space should be limited by default and not be dependant on the filename. Instead it should be a fixed size to get some consistency here.

I've got a similar Problem, when having long filenames in icon view,
marlin should display the whole name on mouse hover
it gets cut at the border of the "icon", though...

also, when renaming a file, the entry with the filename doesn't get bigger, if you add text...

I think this applies not only for the file name column but also for other columns that contain at least one long entry (like file type, "OpenDocument Tabellendokument", with relatively small amount of info, "ods").
