Using UMIP (mipv6) in marionnet

Asked by antoine saverimoutou

Hi all,

I am trying to integrate MIpv6 in a project work using UMIP in marionnet. Being in a kernel 2.6.32, stable, not being able to update the kernel to a latest version, I am getting some issues regarding xfrm, although the kernel has been recompiled and re-installed (still 2.6.32).

Has someone ever met those issues, i.e, home_agent not being able to start, or xfrm failing at startup for the mobile_node?

Antoine.

Hi,

Does have a different kernel version might help?
If this is the case, there are some new machines and kernels (3.2.48 and
3.2.51) available for testing here:

http://www.marionnet.org/downloads/testing/

Note that for these machines and kernels you need the last version of
marionnet, that can be installed with marionnet_from_scratch using the
option -m "trunk".
