ha_cassandra for windows

How can I get ha_cassandra plugin for windows?
I tried installing 10.0.2 .msi and looked through .zip and didn't find it. Can it be downloaded somewhere from or build from sources?

we don't build cassandra on windows at the moment.
but you're welcome to try to build it
