While importing a new model

I am facing problem while trying to generate a process for new model imported at Madgraph.
The error message is following:

Command "generate e- e+ > e- e+" interrupted with error:
KeyError : '1'

Please attach this file to your report.

Can you please let me know what could be the possible sources of this error?

I am generating the UFO file using FeynRules.

Hi Joydeep,

Could you send me your model? (olivier.mattelaer____uclouvain.be)
and also the file MG5_debug?

I suspect that you use a quite old version of MG5 but maybe I'm wrong on that.
