InvalidCmd : Installation of dragon_data failed

Asked by Arnab Roy

Dear authors,
I need to calculate <sigma v> for indirect detections. But I am not being able to install dragon_data.
>install dragon_data
ends up with :

Connecting to ftp.gnu.org (ftp.gnu.org)|209.51.188.20|:21... failed: Connection timed out.
Connecting to ftp.gnu.org (ftp.gnu.org)|2001:470:142:3::b|:21... failed: Network is unreachable.
Could not download data at 'ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gsl//gsl-2.4.tar.gz' because of:
coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, NoneType found

Command "install dragon_data" interrupted with error:
InvalidCmd : Installation of dragon_data failed.

I was checking https://answers.launchpad.net/maddm/+question/705742 for reference, and it looks like a file access error, but could not understand how to resolve it.

Could you please help?

With best regards,
Arnab.

Hi Arnab Roy,

unfortunately, I can not reproduce your error. According to your logs, the problem should be in the installation of gsl (dependency of dragon). It may be related to a temporary network error. I suggest you to be sure you are using the latest version of MadDM (which is 3.2.13 as of now) and to try again.

Cheers.
