Deta ETA, PHI, R distrubutions

Asked by mehdirahmani

Hello,

I am using v.1.8_beta version of the madanalysis package.
I
need to plot the delta phi, delta eta and delta R distributions of my events.

I have tried these syntaxes:

plot dsPHI (mu+ mu-)
plot dsETA (mu+ mu-)
plot dsR (mu+ mu-)

But they seem to return wrong distributions. Am I using the right syntax here?

Thanks,

Hi,

As indicated in the manual (please read it carefully), you are requiring the distribution in the scalar difference between the azimuthal angle, pseudorapidity and distance in the transverse plane of all muon pairs that could be formed in the event. I have no clue whether this is what you want (how could I know?).

Cheers,

Benjamin
