How can I get rid off the following error while running madanalysis: 'impossible to execute the commands: root-config --cxx'

Asked by Basabendu

Dear MadAnalysis Team,

While starting madanalysis with ./bin/ma5 the following errors are showing:

1. impossible to execute the commands: root-config --libdir --incdir
2. expected program output is not found. More details, see the log file:
3. impossible to execute the commands: root-config --cxx
4. impossible to clean the project. For more details, see the log file:

How can I get rid off them?

Thank you.

Hi,

I would need to know which version of the code you have, and what is the output of the root-config command in a shell.

Cheers,

Benjamin

Hi,

I think I have solved the problem. The path was given wrong while root installation. I have corrected it and now its working fine.

Thank you
