Test restarting imports of upstream systemd to Launchpad VCS
I'd like to inquire if there's any willingness by the Launchpad admins to kickstart the automatic imports of the upstream systemd Git repository (<https:/
As systemd's become such a critical piece of the Linux ecosystem currently, it really would be ideal to generate source packages from it again, if at all possible. Enough has changed in the nuts and bolts of the infrastructure here in these last few years that I don't believe anyone could say with certainty whether or not the imports would be successful going forward without simply turning them on again and observing the process in vivo.
What do you say, can we give it a whirl?
